Yoni wand manufacturers

B2B buyers must prioritize 100% natural, non-porous gemstones such as Rose Quartz, Obsidian, or Nephrite Jade. It is critical to ensure the materials are GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certified or have equivalent third-party lab reports to confirm they are free from artificial dyes, chemical fillers, or toxic resins that could cause irritation or infection.

The product must feature a seamless, ultra-smooth polished finish to prevent micro-tears in sensitive tissue. Suppliers should adhere to ISO 9001 quality management systems and provide lead-free and heavy-metal-free certifications. For glass-based wands, borosilicate glass is mandatory due to its thermal shock resistance and hypoallergenic properties.

Design variations should cater to specific use cases: ergonomic curved shapes for targeted massage and straight, weighted designs for pelvic floor strengthening. Buyers should look for suppliers offering multiple size gradients (Small, Medium, Large) to accommodate different user experience levels and anatomical needs.

Request a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and a Certificate of Analysis (COA). Authentic stones will have natural inclusions and slight color variations; perfectly uniform colors often indicate synthetic materials. Additionally, verify the Mohs hardness scale rating of the stone to ensure it is durable enough for long-term use and sanitization.

These products are often classified as Adult Products or Wellness Devices. In the US, ensure compliance with FDA regulations regarding body-safe materials. In the EU, products must meet REACH standards for chemical safety. Failure to provide correct HS Code classification (typically under 9019.10 or 3926.90) can lead to customs seizures or heavy fines.

Always request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) by a third party like SGS or Intertek. Negotiate a 'Sample First' policy where the sample cost is deducted from the bulk order. Demand discreet, sturdy packaging (such as double-walled corrugated boxes with silk inserts) to prevent breakage of fragile stones during international transit.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery is confirmed. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts; always use corporate accounts verified by the platform. Ensure the Proforma Invoice (PI) clearly states the refund policy for defective items (e.g., a 1-3% defect allowance).

For high-value gemstone wands, Air Freight with 'Fragile' handling is recommended to minimize vibration and pressure. Ensure the supplier uses vacuum-sealed individual packaging to prevent moisture buildup and friction scratches. For large volumes, Sea Freight (LCL) is cost-effective, but requires enhanced palletization and moisture-proof desiccant bags inside the containers.
