Wired headphone with mic manufacturers

When sourcing wired headphones, prioritize a frequency response range of 20Hz-20kHz to cover the full human hearing spectrum. For the microphone, ensure it features Omni-directional or Noise-canceling technology to filter out ambient sounds. The impedance should typically be between 16 and 32 ohms for mobile devices to ensure high volume without external amplification, while 40mm or 50mm neodymium drivers are preferred for superior bass and clarity.

For the European market, products must carry the CE mark and comply with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) to ensure no toxic materials are used. For the US market, FCC certification is required for electronic emissions. Additionally, ensure the product meets EN 50332 standards, which regulate maximum sound pressure levels to prevent hearing damage for end-users.

Request testing reports for cable strain relief and bending cycles (ideally >5,000 bends) to prevent internal wire breakage. For ergonomics, specify protein leather or memory foam ear pads for comfort during extended wear. The headband should be adjustable with a steel or high-grade ABS core to prevent snapping under tension.

You must choose between 3.5mm TRRS jacks, which offer universal compatibility with older laptops and controllers, and USB-A or USB-C interfaces, which often include built-in DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) chips for better sound processing and RGB lighting support. For call centers, RJ9 connectors may be required for specific desk phone systems.

Always implement a Third-Party Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI). Instruct the inspector to perform a Function Test on 100% of the samples (checking both audio output and mic input) and a Drop Test on the packaging. Using Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading Service can provide an extra layer of payment protection until the goods are verified.

Focus on MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) flexibility for trial orders, but leverage tiered pricing for bulk scaling. Ask for a 1-2% spare parts allowance (extra ear pads or cables) instead of a direct discount, as this reduces your long-term maintenance costs. Ensure the warranty period is at least 12 months, with a clear agreement on the 'Defective Rate' threshold (usually <1%).

Wired headphones are sensitive to moisture and physical pressure. Ensure the supplier uses 5-layer corrugated export cartons and moisture-proof desiccant bags. For shipping to the US or Europe, clarify the Incoterms (e.g., DDP vs. FOB); DDP is often preferred for smaller B2B buyers to avoid the complexities of customs clearance and import duties.

Look for the 'Audited Supplier' badge, which indicates the supplier has been verified on-site by third-party institutions like SGS or Bureau Veritas. Review their Audit Report to check their production capacity, R&D capabilities, and whether they have a dedicated Quality Control (QC) department.
