Video brochure with lcd screen manufacturers

When sourcing video brochures, you must prioritize the LCD Screen Resolution (e.g., 1024x600 for 7-inch screens) and IPS technology to ensure wide viewing angles. The Battery Capacity should be at least 500mAh to 1500mAh depending on the screen size to guarantee a playback time of 90-120 minutes. Additionally, verify the Internal Memory (typically 128MB to 8GB) to ensure it can accommodate your video file size without compression loss.

The housing should use 300g to 350g art paper or hardcover greyboard for a premium feel. Request Matte or Glossy Lamination to protect against fingerprints and moisture. For high-end B2B marketing, ensure the supplier offers Spot UV, Foil Stamping, or Embossing capabilities. Check the magnetic induction switch or light sensor sensitivity to ensure the video triggers reliably upon opening.

Since these products contain lithium batteries and circuit boards, they must comply with CE, RoHS, and FCC standards for international markets. For shipments to the US, ensure the battery has a UN38.3 certification and an MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) to avoid customs delays or safety rejections during air freight.

Yes, professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com can provide Auto-play on open, Multiple Buttons (Volume +/-, Play/Pause, Video Select), and even Touch Screen functionality. You should also confirm if the supplier can pre-load video content during production to save your team labor costs upon arrival.

Lithium batteries are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG). The main risk is Customs Seizure or Shipping Rejections if the packaging does not meet international standards. Always use a freight forwarder experienced in Battery Shipping and ensure each unit is insulated to prevent accidental activation during transit.

Look for Audited Suppliers who have undergone on-site inspections by third-party institutions like SGS or Intertek. Check their Transaction History and Gold Member status. It is highly recommended to use Secured Trading Services to protect your payment until the goods are confirmed to meet your specifications.

Negotiate based on Tiered Pricing; for example, a 500-unit order should yield a 10-15% discount compared to a 50-unit sample order. Discuss Component Costs—specifically the fluctuating price of LCD panels and flash memory—to lock in a fair rate. Requesting a Physical Sample before the mass production run is a non-negotiable step to prevent costly errors in print color or software bugs.

Identify the correct HS Code (typically under 8521.90 or 4911.10) to calculate accurate import duties for your specific country. Be aware of Anti-dumping duties or specific trade barriers that may apply to electronic displays. Consult with a local customs broker to ensure all Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists are perfectly aligned with your country's import requirements.
