Solid silicone sex doll manufacturers

While TPE is softer and cheaper, Solid Silicone is superior in terms of durability, heat resistance, and hygiene. Silicone is non-porous, meaning it does not absorb bacteria or fluids, making it much easier to sanitize. It also lacks the 'oily' discharge common in TPE and can withstand higher temperatures for integrated heating systems without degrading.

Buyers should focus on the internal skeleton (EVO or Stainless Steel) to ensure a wide range of motion and joint stability. Key specs include weight-bearing capacity of joints, the presence of integrated heating modules, and sonic sensors for interactive features. Ensure the silicone used is Platinum-cured medical grade to prevent skin irritation and ensure a realistic 'skin-feel' texture.

Products must comply with REACH (EU) or CPSC/CPSIA (US) regulations regarding phthalates and heavy metals. Since these items have prolonged skin contact, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and RoHS certification for electronic components (like heating or voice modules) are essential to pass customs and ensure consumer safety.

Request a cross-section video or density report. True solid silicone dolls should have a consistent shore hardness (typically Shore A 0 to 10 for skin) and no air bubbles within the casting. Verify the tensile strength to ensure the silicone won't tear at high-stress points like the armpits or groin during posing.

Use discreet packaging and ensure the HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) is accurately declared according to your local customs advice. Some regions require labeling as 'Art Models' or 'Mannequins.' Always check local decency laws in the destination country to avoid seizure.

Focus on MOQ flexibility for customization (eye color, wigs, makeup). Negotiate for spare parts kits (repair glue, extra joints, cleaning tools) to be included in bulk orders. For large volumes, aim for a 15-25% discount by leveraging a long-term procurement contract on Made-in-China.com.

Always use Secured Payment services provided by reputable platforms like Made-in-China.com. Never wire full payments directly to private accounts. Utilize third-party inspection services (like SGS or Intertek) to conduct a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to verify the doll's aesthetics and mechanical functions before the final balance is paid.

Solid silicone dolls are heavy (often 30kg-50kg+). Sea Freight (LCL) is the most economical for bulk, but for individual dropshipping or small batches, Special Line Air Freight with 'last-mile' courier delivery is preferred. Ensure the use of reinforced wooden crates or heavy-duty double-walled cartons with custom foam inserts to prevent 'flat spots' or skeletal damage during transit.
