Rejuran manufacturers

When sourcing Rejuran, the primary focus should be on the Polynucleotide (PN) concentration, typically derived from salmon DNA. Ensure the product specifies the molecular weight and concentration (e.g., 20mg/mL) to guarantee efficacy. Additionally, verify that the viscosity and elasticity of the gel are suitable for the intended injection depth, whether it is for the dermis (Rejuran Healer) or the delicate eye area (Rejuran I).

As a medical-grade aesthetic product, Reisuran must comply with strict regulatory frameworks. You must prioritize suppliers who provide CE Marking (MDD/MDR) for the European market or KFDA approval from South Korea. Ensure the manufacturer follows ISO 13485 (Medical devices — Quality management systems) and provides a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for every batch to verify sterility and endotoxin levels.

Authenticity is critical to avoid counterfeit risks. Request high-resolution photos of the packaging, looking for holographic security seals and unique QR codes for tracking. It is highly recommended to use Made-in-China.com's 'Audited Supplier' reports to verify the factory's existence and production capacity. Always request a sample for lab testing or a trial application before committing to high-volume orders.

Rejuran is sensitive to environmental conditions. The product must be stored in a cool, dry place, typically between 1°C and 30°C, away from direct sunlight. For cross-border shipping, ensure the supplier uses temperature-controlled logistics (Cold Chain) if the transit route involves extreme heat, and verify that the packaging includes shock-absorbent materials to prevent syringe breakage.

In the medical aesthetics industry, volume-based pricing is standard. Negotiate for a 15-25% discount on orders exceeding 500 boxes. For initial cooperation, request a low MOQ (e.g., 10-20 boxes) to test market response. Emphasize a long-term partnership rather than a one-time transaction to secure better 'per-unit' rates and priority in stock allocation.

The biggest risks include customs seizure due to improper documentation and payment fraud. To mitigate these, ensure the supplier provides a Commercial Invoice with accurate HS Codes (typically under 300490). Use secure payment methods offered by platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment or inspection.

Utilize express couriers like DHL or FedEx for their robust tracking and faster customs clearance capabilities. Ensure the supplier includes a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) in the shipping documents. For large-scale imports, consult with a local customs broker to confirm specific import license requirements for medical devices in your destination country.
