Lcd tv backlight strip manufacturers

Buyers must prioritize Voltage per LED (typically 3V or 6V) and the number of LED beads per strip to ensure compatibility with the TV's power board. Additionally, the strip length and connector type must match the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. For high-performance requirements, choose strips with aluminum PCB substrates rather than FR-4, as aluminum provides superior heat dissipation, significantly extending the lifespan of the LEDs.

Verify that the supplier uses high-quality optical lenses (e.g., large concave or convex lenses) that provide uniform light distribution without dark spots. The LEDs should have a high Color Rendering Index (CRI >80) and consistent Color Temperature (CCT). To ensure longevity, request components that have undergone 100% aging tests for at least 24-48 hours before shipment to filter out early-stage failures.

Ensure the products carry CE, RoHS, and FCC certifications to meet European and American environmental and safety regulations. Since these are electronic components, compliance with UL standards is highly recommended for the North American market. Furthermore, check if the manufacturer follows ISO 9001 quality management systems to guarantee batch-to-batch consistency.

Yes, many professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer OEM/ODM services. You can provide the TV model number, panel model, or a physical sample for the supplier to replicate. For bulk orders, you can also request customized packaging and the printing of your own brand logo on the PCB to enhance brand recognition in the aftermarket.

LCD backlight strips are fragile and prone to bending. You should insist on rigid PVC tube packaging or thickened cardboard tubes rather than standard boxes. Ensure the strips are wrapped in anti-static bags to prevent Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) damage. For large sea freight orders, use palletized shipping to minimize manual handling shocks.

Start by requesting a sample kit to verify the brightness and fit. When moving to bulk, negotiate based on annual volume rather than single orders to secure a 10-20% discount. Ask for a warranty period of at least 1-2 years; reputable suppliers will often offer a 1:1 replacement policy for any defective units found upon arrival.

Utilize the Secured Trading Service provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your payment until delivery is confirmed. Always check the supplier's Audit Report and look for 'Diamond Members' or 'Audited Suppliers' who have been verified by third-party agencies like SGS or Bureau Veritas. This reduces the risk of dealing with trading companies masquerading as factories.

Confirm the correct HS Code (typically 8529.90 or 9405.40) with your customs broker to calculate accurate import duties. Be aware of anti-dumping duties that may apply to certain electronic components in your region. Ensure the supplier provides a detailed Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
