Dpf cleaner manufacturers

When evaluating DPF cleaning equipment, prioritize pneumatic and hydraulic integration systems. Look for machines that offer adjustable pressure settings (0.2-0.6 MPa) to prevent damage to the ceramic honeycomb structure. Ensure the unit features a high-precision filtration system for the cleaning fluid to extend the life of the chemical agents and a built-in drying function (hot air) to ensure the filter is ready for immediate reinstallation.

Effective DPF cleaning agents should be water-based, non-flammable, and biodegradable to meet environmental standards. The formula must be low-ash and metal-free to avoid poisoning the catalyst. Look for agents that specifically target cerium oxide and soot buildup without corroding the stainless steel housing or the cordierite/silicon carbide substrate.

For the machinery, CE certification is essential for the European market, while UL or ETL is preferred for North America. For the chemical cleaning agents, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is mandatory for shipping. Ensure the products comply with REACH (EU) or TSCA (USA) regulations regarding chemical substances to avoid customs seizures.

Request a back-pressure test report before and after cleaning. A high-quality machine should restore the DPF to 95% to 99% of its original flow capacity. Ask the supplier for video demonstrations showing the removal of stubborn ash and soot, and verify if the machine includes a diagnostic printer to provide customers with physical proof of the cleaning results.

The main risk involves Liquid Chemical Classification. Many DPF cleaners are classified as Class 8 (Corrosive) or Class 9 (Miscellaneous) dangerous goods. You must confirm the UN Number and Packaging Group with the supplier. Using a freight forwarder experienced in DG (Dangerous Goods) handling is crucial to prevent shipment rejection at the port.

Focus on consumable bundling. Negotiate a lower price for the hardware (the machine) by committing to a long-term contract for the cleaning agents and filters. Request a spare parts kit (seals, hoses, and sensors) to be included in the initial FOB price to minimize downtime during the warranty period.

Due to the weight and volume, LCL (Less than Container Load) or FCL (Full Container Load) sea freight is the most economical. Ensure the supplier uses IPPC-certified fumigated wooden crates to prevent customs delays. For the electronic components, request vacuum-sealed plastic wrapping inside the crate to prevent salt-air corrosion during transit.

Utilize Secured Trading services on Made-in-China.com to hold payments until shipping documents are verified. Always hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI), specifically checking the machine's pressure stability and the integrity of the chemical containers' seals.
