Diesel engine 1110 manufacturers

The 1110 model is a single-cylinder, horizontal, four-stroke engine. You must verify the bore (110mm) and stroke (115mm) to ensure it meets the standard 1110 displacement. Key performance metrics include a rated power of approximately 12.5kW to 15kW and a rated speed of 2200 rpm. Ensure the cooling system is specified as either evaporative or radiator-cooled based on your application.

For the US market, EPA Tier 4 emission standards are mandatory. For the EU, Stage V compliance is required. Globally, ensure the manufacturer holds ISO 9001 for quality management and CE marking for safety. If the engine is for mobile machinery, check for local emission certificates to avoid customs seizure.

Request specifications on the cylinder liner material (high-phosphorus cast iron is preferred) and the crankshaft forging process. Ask for the fuel injection pump brand, as high-precision components significantly impact fuel efficiency and lifespan. A high-quality 1110 engine should have a service life exceeding 5,000 hours with proper maintenance.

This engine is highly versatile, commonly used for small tractors, irrigation pumps, power generators, and small construction machinery like stone crushers. Its high torque at low speeds makes it ideal for heavy-duty agricultural tasks in rugged environments.

The main risks include non-compliance with local emission laws, which can lead to heavy fines, and damage during transit due to improper crating. Always insist on fumigated wooden box packaging and verify that the engine is drained of all fluids (oil and fuel) to comply with international shipping safety regulations for hazardous goods.

Focus on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Negotiate for spare parts kits (gaskets, filters, nozzles) to be included at a discount, typically representing 3-5% of the order value. For orders exceeding 50 units, aim for a 10-15% price reduction compared to sample pricing, and request a 12-month warranty backed by video technical support.

Use Secured Trading services on Made-in-China.com to ensure payment is only released after the Bill of Lading (B/L) is uploaded. For large batches, hire a third-party inspection agency (like SGS or Intertek) to perform a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to verify the engine starts and runs without abnormal noise or smoke before final payment.

Due to the weight (approx. 150kg-180kg per unit), Sea Freight (LCL or FCL) is the only economically viable option. Ensure the supplier provides a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and a Non-Hazardous Goods Declaration to the freight forwarder to prevent delays at the port of departure.
