Biscuit display stand manufacturers

When sourcing biscuit display stands, prioritize Food-Grade Materials such as BPA-free acrylic, 304 stainless steel, or food-safe coated wood. For high-traffic retail environments, Acrylic (PMMA) is preferred for its 92% transparency and impact resistance. If using metal, ensure it has a non-toxic powder coating to prevent rust and chemical leaching. For wooden stands, verify the use of lead-free varnishes to comply with international health standards.

A professional display stand must feature reinforced shelving capable of supporting at least 5-10kg per tier without sagging. Look for designs with anti-slip rubber feet and modular assembly capabilities. For biscuits sold in glass jars, ensure the stand has raised edge guards (lips) to prevent breakage. Knock-down (KD) designs are highly recommended for cross-border trade to reduce shipping volume and logistics costs by up to 40%.

For the US market, ensure the product meets FDA (Food and Drug Administration) requirements for indirect food contact. For the EU, compliance with EC No. 1935/2004 (materials intended to come into contact with food) is essential. Additionally, if the stand includes LED lighting, it must carry CE, RoHS, or UL certification to ensure electrical safety and prevent fire hazards in retail spaces.

Yes, most professional suppliers on Made-in-China.com offer OEM/ODM services. You should request UV printing or silk-screen printing for high-resolution brand logos. Consider stands with interchangeable header cards or integrated price tag slots, which allow retailers to update promotions frequently without replacing the entire unit. Customized dimensions should be requested to fit standard supermarket shelf footprints (e.g., 600mm or 900mm widths).

Fragile items like acrylic or glass displays require 5-layer corrugated export cartons and EPE foam corner protectors. Insist that the supplier performs a Drop Test (ISTA 1A or 2A) before dispatch. For large orders, palletization with stretch wrap is mandatory to prevent crushing during sea freight handling.

Prioritize Audited Suppliers on Made-in-China.com who have undergone third-party onsite inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or TÜV Rheinland. Request a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to check for scratches, glue marks, and structural stability. Always ask for a production sample before authorizing a full production run to ensure the color and finish match your brand guidelines.

Use Secured Payment services provided by the platform to ensure your funds are only released after you confirm receipt of goods. A standard B2B payment structure is 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. Avoid direct wire transfers to private accounts; always use the official corporate account listed on the supplier's verified profile.

For small trial orders (under 100kg), Air Express (DHL/FedEx) is fastest but expensive. For bulk commercial orders, LCL (Less than Container Load) or FCL (Full Container Load) sea freight is the most economical. If shipping to Europe or Central Asia, the China-Europe Railway Express offers a balanced 'middle ground' between cost and speed, typically delivering in 15-20 days.
