Big artificial flower tree manufacturers

When sourcing large-scale artificial trees, the trunk material is paramount. Look for fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) or real wood trunks (treated) for durability. For the flowers, silk cloth with a UV-resistant coating or high-grade PE (polyethylene) is essential to prevent fading. Ensure the internal structure uses galvanized steel pipes to provide necessary load-bearing support for heights exceeding 3 meters.

For commercial installations like malls or hotels, Fire Retardant (FR) certification is mandatory. You must verify that the materials meet NFPA 701 (US) or BS 5852 (UK) standards. Additionally, check for REACH or RoHS compliance to ensure the dyes and plastics used are free from heavy metals and toxic chemicals, especially for indoor air quality.

Outdoor trees require UV-stability (Grade 4-5) to withstand direct sunlight without discoloration. The base must be a heavy-duty steel plate with pre-drilled bolt holes for secure anchoring against wind loads. Furthermore, ensure the leaves and petals are waterproof and wind-resistant, typically achieved through injection molding rather than simple gluing.

Request a modular design where branches are numbered for easy insertion into the trunk. The connection points should use a square tube nesting system rather than round ones to prevent branch rotation. Ask the supplier for a video assembly guide and a structural load test report to ensure the tree won't lean or collapse under its own weight over time.

The biggest risk is deformation or breakage during transit. Insist on reinforced wooden crate packaging rather than just standard cartons. Because these items are high-volume, use CBM (Cubic Meter) optimization strategies; ask the supplier to pack smaller floral components inside the trunk cavities to reduce shipping costs.

Focus on customization flexibility and sample verification. Start by requesting a small branch sample to check color accuracy and material feel. Negotiate a tiered pricing structure where the price drops by 10-15% for 40HQ container loads. Always clarify the Incoterms (typically FOB or CIF) to avoid hidden port charges upon arrival.

Utilize Secured Trading Services provided by Made-in-China.com to protect your payment. Set a payment schedule of 30% deposit and 70% balance after third-party inspection (e.g., SGS or V-Trust) but before shipment. Never wire the full amount upfront for custom-made large trees.

If the tree uses a natural wood trunk, it must undergo fumigation and be accompanied by a Phytosanitary Certificate to pass customs. Failure to provide this can lead to the shipment being destroyed or returned. Ensure the HS Code (typically 670210 or 670290) is correctly declared to avoid tariff penalties.
