4 solar motion sensor wall light manufacturers

When sourcing solar wall lights, prioritize Lumen output (brightness) and Battery capacity (mAh). Ensure the product uses Monocrystalline silicon solar panels, which offer a higher conversion efficiency (up to 22%) compared to polycrystalline panels. The PIR (Passive Infrared) sensor range should ideally be 5-8 meters with a 120-degree detection angle. Additionally, verify the IP65 or IP67 waterproof rating to ensure durability against heavy rain and dust.

Request testing reports for Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries, as they offer a longer lifespan (2000+ cycles) than standard Li-ion batteries. A high-quality 4-pack set should provide 8-12 hours of illumination after a 6-8 hour charge in direct sunlight. Ask suppliers for low-light charging performance data to ensure the lights remain functional during winter or cloudy seasons.

For the US market, ensure the products are FCC certified and the batteries meet UN38.3 safety standards for transport. For the EU, CE (LVD/EMC) and RoHS certifications are mandatory to prove the absence of hazardous substances. If you are selling on major retail platforms, look for UL or ETL listings to minimize legal risks and ensure consumer safety.

These lights are typically used for perimeter security, garden pathways, and garage entrances. Professional-grade units should offer at least three modes: Constant Dim Mode, Dim-to-Bright Motion Mode, and Off-to-Bright Motion Mode. Ensure the housing material is UV-resistant ABS or PC to prevent yellowing and brittleness when exposed to prolonged sunlight.

Battery fraud is a common risk. Request a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) where a third-party auditor performs a battery capacity discharge test on random samples. Use Made-in-China.com's Secured Trading services to ensure payment is only released after the quality inspection report is approved.

Since solar lights contain batteries, they are classified as DG (Dangerous Goods) Class 9. Shipping via Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) is the most economical for bulk orders, but requires a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and a Non-Dangerous Goods Declaration (if applicable). For faster turnaround, Special Line Air Freight for electronics is recommended, though it is more expensive than sea freight.

Focus on the 'Golden Sample' agreement: clearly state that the mass production quality must match the approved sample's color temperature (K), brightness (lm), and sensor sensitivity. Negotiate a 1-2% spare parts allowance (extra units or sensors) to cover potential DOA (Dead on Arrival) issues, which is more efficient than returning individual units internationally.

Be aware of Anti-Dumping Duties (ADD) or specific tariffs on solar components in certain regions. Always check the HS Code (typically 9405.41) against your country's latest tariff schedule. Ensure the supplier provides a Certificate of Origin (CO) to help you benefit from Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and reduce import duties.
