Sex doll prices manufacturers

The price is primarily driven by material quality (TPE vs. Silicone), internal skeleton complexity, and customization levels. Silicone dolls are generally more expensive due to their durability and heat resistance, while TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) offers a softer, more realistic skin feel at a lower price point. Additionally, EVO or stainless steel skeletons with articulated joints increase the cost but provide superior posing stability.

Integrating intelligent heating systems, AI voice modules, and active sensors can increase the unit price by 20% to 40%. Buyers should ensure these electronic components meet CE and RoHS standards to guarantee safety and longevity. High-quality internal wiring is essential to prevent short circuits during use or cleaning.

Since these products have prolonged skin contact, it is critical to verify that materials are medical-grade and non-toxic. Request SGS or Intertek lab reports confirming the absence of phthalates, heavy metals, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). For the electronics, ensure UL or equivalent battery safety certifications are provided to avoid customs seizures or liability issues.

Market pricing usually falls into three tiers: Entry-level TPE dolls ($300 - $600), Mid-range customized dolls ($700 - $1,200), and Premium Silicone/AI-integrated dolls ($1,500 - $3,500+). For B2B orders, purchasing in quantities of 10 units or more typically unlocks wholesale discounts of 15-25% compared to dropshipping prices.

This is a common risk in the industry. Always request real-shot videos (not rendered 3D images) of the specific batch before shipment. Utilize third-party inspection services to verify the weight, skin texture, and joint flexibility. For secure transactions, use Made-in-China.com's secured payment services to ensure funds are only released upon proof of shipment.

Due to the weight (often 30kg - 50kg) and sensitive nature of the product, use discreet, neutral packaging without explicit labels. Ensure the HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) is correctly declared to match local import regulations. Be aware that some countries have strict decency laws; always consult with a freight forwarder experienced in 'special goods' to avoid customs impoundment.

Focus on long-term partnership potential rather than just the initial unit price. Negotiate for spare parts (extra skin repair kits, replacement joints) and customized branding/packaging to be included in the bulk price. Ask for a warranty period of at least 12 months on the internal skeleton, as this is the most difficult part to repair for end-users.

Stay updated on anti-dumping duties and changes in import tariffs between China and your destination country (e.g., Section 301 tariffs for U.S. buyers).
