Man sex doll manufacturers

B2B buyers should prioritize Medical-Grade TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) or Platinum-Cured Silicone. Silicone offers superior durability, heat resistance, and a realistic skin texture, while TPE is more cost-effective and softer. Ensure the material is BPA-free, phthalate-free, and non-porous to prevent bacterial growth and ensure user safety.

Look for an EVO-skeleton or stainless steel articulated frame. A high-quality skeleton should feature multi-axis joints in the neck, shoulders, elbows, and knees to allow for realistic posing and weight distribution. The joints should be noise-free and capable of supporting the doll's weight without bending or snapping under pressure.

Products must comply with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) for the EU market and California Proposition 65 or ASTM F963 for the US market. Ensure the supplier provides SDS (Safety Data Sheets) and CE certification to verify that the materials are non-toxic and safe for prolonged skin contact.

Request details on hand-painted detailing (veins, skin pores, and muscle definition). For man sex dolls, the implanted hair (eyebrows/pubic hair) and interchangeable parts (such as different attachments) are key selling points. Ask for unfiltered factory videos rather than rendered marketing images to assess the actual finish.

Different countries have varying regulations regarding adult products. It is crucial to ensure the HS Code (typically 9503.00 or 3926.90) is declared correctly. Use discreet packaging (plain brown boxes) and ensure the commercial invoice describes the item as a 'Plastic Mannequin' or 'Art Model' if required by local customs to avoid unnecessary seizures or delays.

Focus on MOQ flexibility for initial market testing. Negotiate for OEM/ODM services, such as custom face sculpts or body hair options, which add value to your brand. Always request a pre-shipment inspection report or use a third-party service to verify the weight and material quality before the final balance is paid.

Due to the weight (often 30-50kg), Sea Freight (LCL) is the most economical for bulk orders. For samples, Air Freight with specialized couriers is faster but expensive. Ensure the supplier uses reinforced wooden crates or heavy-duty double-walled cartons with custom foam inserts to prevent the internal skeleton from piercing the skin during transit.

Utilize Secured Payment services provided by professional platforms like Made-in-China.com to ensure funds are only released upon confirmation of shipment. Avoid direct wire transfers to unverified accounts. Always verify the supplier's Business License and Audit Reports to ensure they are a legitimate manufacturer rather than a middleman.
