Magnetic insoles manufacturers

When selecting magnetic insoles, the magnetic flux density (measured in Gauss) is critical. For therapeutic effectiveness, look for magnets ranging from 800 to 2,000 Gauss. Ensure the magnets are strategically placed at key acupressure points such as the Yongquan point (KID1) to maximize blood circulation benefits. High-quality suppliers on Made-in-China.com usually provide technical diagrams showing the exact placement of magnets relative to foot anatomy.

The base material should be breathable and shock-absorbing. Common high-performance materials include EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) for lightweight cushioning, PU (Polyurethane) for durability, or medical-grade silicone for superior comfort. Ensure the top layer features moisture-wicking fabric or perforated ventilation holes to prevent odor and heat buildup during prolonged use.

Since magnetic insoles are often marketed for health benefits, they may fall under medical device regulations. Buyers should verify CE marking for the European market and FDA registration for the US. Additionally, ensure the materials meet REACH or RoHS standards to guarantee they are free from harmful chemicals like phthalates or heavy metals, which is vital for products in direct contact with skin.

Check if the supplier offers trim-to-fit designs with clear size lines, allowing the end-user to customize the fit for sneakers, boots, or dress shoes. For bulk orders, request thickness specifications (usually 3mm to 5mm) to ensure the insoles do not make the shoes too tight, which is a common cause of high return rates in e-commerce.

Magnets can interfere with aircraft navigation systems. For air freight, you must ensure the supplier provides a Magnetic Inspection Report (Non-magnetic Appraisal Report). If the magnetic field exceeds certain limits, specialized degaussing packaging (using iron sheets to shield the magnetic field) will be required to comply with IATA regulations.

Always request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI). Use third-party services to verify the magnet count, Gauss strength using a magnetometer, and adhesive strength (to ensure magnets don't pop out). Utilizing the Secured Trading services on Made-in-China.com can provide an extra layer of financial security by holding payment until the goods pass inspection.

Magnetic insoles have low production costs but high marketing value. Negotiate for tiered pricing where the unit cost drops significantly at 1,000+ units. If you are a new brand, negotiate a lower MOQ for a trial order by offering to pay a slightly higher unit price in exchange for customized logo printing (OEM) on the heel area.

Be aware of Harmonized System (HS) Codes; using the wrong code (e.g., general footwear vs. orthopedic appliances) can lead to incorrect duty rates or customs delays. Consult with a customs broker to determine if anti-dumping duties apply to footwear components from the country of origin to your specific region.
