Headlight for bajaj pulsar 135 manufacturers

When sourcing, ensure the headlight assembly features a High-Intensity Halogen or LED bulb compatible with the Pulsar 135's 12V DC electrical system. The lens should be made of UV-resistant Polycarbonate to prevent yellowing, and the housing must be heat-resistant ABS plastic. Confirm the lumen output meets road safety standards (typically 1000-1500 lumens for low beam) and that the socket type (usually H4 or HS1) matches the OEM wiring harness.

For the European market, look for E-mark (ECE R113) certification. For the US or Latin American markets, DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance is often required. Additionally, ensure the manufacturer follows ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and that the product has an IP67 waterproof rating to ensure functionality during heavy rain and dusty conditions.

The Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS has specific mounting bracket points and a distinct aerodynamic fairing shape. Request a technical drawing or 3D CAD model from the supplier to verify the bolt-hole alignment. It is critical to confirm if the unit includes the pilot lamps (wolf-eyed design) characteristic of the Pulsar series, as aftermarket versions may vary in wiring configuration.

Ask for a Vibration Test Report to ensure the filament or LED chips can withstand rough road conditions without failing. You should also request a Salt Spray Test report (minimum 24-48 hours) for the metallic reflectors to ensure anti-corrosion durability, and a Photometric Distribution Map to verify the light beam pattern does not blind oncoming traffic.

Headlights are highly susceptible to breakage. Insist on 5-layer corrugated export cartons with custom-fit EPE foam or bubble inserts. For bulk shipments, specify palletization with shrink wrap and 'Fragile' labeling in multiple languages. Always negotiate a 1-2% breakage allowance or spare parts (lenses/bulbs) included in the shipment.

Prioritize Audited Suppliers who have undergone on-site inspections by third-party agencies like SGS or TÜV Rheinland. Check their Business License to ensure their scope includes 'Automotive Lighting' or 'Motorcycle Parts.' Review their Transaction History and look for high Star Ratings specifically regarding 'Product Quality' and 'Shipping Lead Time'.

Use Secured Payment services offered by the platform to ensure funds are only released upon confirmation of shipment. For large orders, use a 30% deposit and 70% balance against the Bill of Lading (B/L). Avoid direct wire transfers to personal accounts; always ensure the bank account name matches the registered company name on the platform.

For regions like South Asia or Latin America where the Pulsar 135 is popular, utilize LCL (Less than Container Load) shipping to optimize costs if you aren't filling a 20ft container. Ensure the HS Code (851220) is correctly declared to avoid customs delays. If sourcing LED versions, check if the destination country has specific import duties on electronic components versus standard halogen parts.
